1. No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We kindly request that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy in the product selection, quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping address.

2. Order Verification: Prior to finalizing your purchase, please take a moment to thoroughly review your order details. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. We recommend double-checking all details before proceeding to the payment stage.

3. Returns and Exchanges: Given the nature of personal care products, there are no returns and no refunds.

4. Defective or Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged product or an incorrect product, we ask that you contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order with an image of the entire delivery box it arrived in. We will not be able to help without the picture. 5. Order Cancellation by Hibiscus Monkey: We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, technical errors, fraudulent activities, or violation of our terms and conditions.
