Sharbat
Velvet Spray In-Shower Body Moisturizer
Moisturizes dry skin. Great for dull, uneven skin tone
Size: 100ml
Velvet Spray Sharbat is the viral in-shower body moisturizer. To all the lazy girls who hate applying chip-chip lotions after a shower, this is for you. Inspired by the timeless drink of roohafza, this variant contains Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, extracted from the Damask Rose, which originates in Persia and is known for its potent antioxidant and skin-toning properties that improve elasticity. This naturally derived, lightweight formula is quite literally a drink for your dry skin. Spray on after rinsing off soap and massage it in while your skin is still wet. Has a sweet, classically floral rose aroma. No artificial perfumes. Suitable for all skin types.
Where is my sprayer?
The sprayer is in the same box you pull the bottle out of. We detach it for shipping to prevent leakage
Should I use it on wet skin or damp skin?
Velvet Spray should be used in the shower when your skin is wet
Can I use the Velvet Spray in the winter?
All variants of the Velvet Spray can be used in the winter. However please note, Velvet Spray Bergamot specifically will solidify because it contains pure coconut milk oil. It's a sign of purity. You'll have to either patiently wait for it to melt (it'll take time) or go with another variant
Can pregnant women or lactating mothers use it?
We ask all pregnant women and new mothers to consult their gynaecologist once before using any kind of skincare. The full ingredient list is on the product page

Frequently Asked Questions
For dull and uneven skin tone on the body, you need a moisturiser with antioxidant botanicals that support cell regeneration not just basic hydration. Velvet Spray Sharbat contains Rosa Damascena Flower Oil (Damask Rose), which is rich in antioxidant compounds that support cell regeneration and improve skin radiance over time. Grapeseed Oil contributes linoleic acid and oligomeric proanthocyanidins, these are antioxidants associated with improved skin texture and tone. Vitamin E neutralises free radical damage that causes dullness. Applied daily to wet skin in the shower, it delivers progressive toning benefits alongside immediate hydration.
Yes, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil in Velvet Spray Sharbat delivers three evidence-supported skin benefits: first, its antioxidant phenolic compounds protect against environmental damage and oxidative stress that causes premature ageing; second, it supports skin elasticity and collagen integrity, helping skin appear firmer and more supple with regular use; third, it has anti-inflammatory properties that calm reactive and sensitised skin. Crucially, this is real Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, not synthetic rose fragrance, which has none of these benefits and is a common skin irritant. The aroma comes entirely from the flower oil itself.
Yes. Velvet Spray Sharbat is the Velvet Spray variant formulated with elasticity and skin toning as specific goals alongside hydration. Rosa Damascena Flower Oil supports collagen integrity and skin cell regeneration. Grapeseed Oil's oligomeric proanthocyanidins support collagen cross-linking, which improves skin resilience and firmness. Vitamin E prevents the free radical damage that degrades collagen over time. Daily application to wet skin in the shower progressively improves the suppleness and firmness of skin on the arms, thighs, and abdomen, areas where skin laxity and dullness are most visible.
Yes. Velvet Spray Sharbat is dermatologist tested for sensitive skin and contains no synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulphates, or mineral oils. The Rosa Damascena Flower Oil used is 100% naturally derived. Unlike synthetic rose fragrance, a common allergen and skin irritant, natural Damask Rose oil has anti-inflammatory properties that actually calm sensitive skin rather than irritate it. Jojoba Seed Oil further supports sensitive skin: its molecular structure closely mimics the skin's natural sebum, making it exceptionally well-tolerated. If you have a known allergy to Rosaceae plants specifically, patch test on the inner forearm before first use.
Jojoba Seed Oil in Velvet Spray Sharbat is uniquely effective because it is structurally similar to the skin's natural sebum; the oil your skin produces to maintain hydration. This means it absorbs almost instantly without greasiness, regulates the skin's moisture balance, and creates a non-occlusive protective layer that prevents water loss. Unlike many plant oils that sit on the skin's surface, Jojoba integrates directly into the skin's lipid matrix. For dry body skin specifically, this means hydration that persists throughout the day rather than a surface film that disappears within an hour.
Sharbat is the traditional floral drink of Mughal and Persian royal culture, rose sharbat, known as Gulab Sharbat, was served in the royal Hammam (bath) as both a refreshment and a skin treatment. In Mughal court practice, Rosa Damascena (Damask Rose) was prized as Varnya, skin-brightening, and Hridya, heart-calming. Persian royalty bathed in rose-infused water to cool and tone the skin. Velvet Spray Sharbat is a modern reinterpretation: Rosa Damascena Flower Oil delivered to wet skin in the shower, using the steam to drive the rose molecules deeper into the skin barrier. The aroma and the skin benefit come from the same real ingredient; no synthetic rose fragrance is used.
Yes. Velvet Spray Sharbat stays liquid year-round. It is based on Sunflower Seed Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, and Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, plant oils that remain fluid at low temperatures. Unlike Velvet Spray Bergamot (which contains Coconut Milk Oil and solidifies below 24°C), Sharbat needs no warming before use in winter. This makes it practical for cold-weather daily use, particularly valuable since skin tends to become drier, duller, and less elastic in winter, exactly the conditions Sharbat's antioxidant and toning formula is designed to address.
